Since the North Mississippi Race for the Cure is a charity event, we ask that you check out our grant page that shows the local breast cancer programs that help people in our 16-county service area. These are organizations that we support through funds raised each year at the Race to pay for breast cancer education, screening and diagnostics for the medically underserved. Please also look at the research that Komen is funding thorugh funds raised at each Race for the Cure around the globe. Although fundraising is not required, we ask that you consider asking for support from your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, employer, etc. We have provided easy fundraising tools to assist you in asking for support.
